Solar module uses light energy from sun and converts it into electricity through photovoltaic effect. Installation process of solar panel

1. Scaffold erection
The scaffolding is erected in order to provide a working platform for the roofers at the duct of the roof and to provide safety rails which run along the edges of the roofs.
2. Roof anchor fitting
The next step is to screw the roof anchors to the rafters. First check where the rafters exist in relation to the existing roof tiles. The anchors are positioned on the top of the tiles.
3. Joining the frame
The aluminum bars which makes the frame are now attached and locked into the frames and then screwed. This is the most important step to make sure that panels are connected properly.
4. Panel installation.
The next step is to clamp the panels with the frame. The panels are then fitted either row wise or column wise depending on the easiest way. Roof look perfect if the panels are connected to the eaves of the roof.
5. Panel wiring
The panels are already wired by the manufacturer. The wires of the panel are connected to the cables and they are then attached to the rails.
6. Wiring of panel to inverter
The cables are then connected to the inverter with the protective leads.
7. Inside the home
The inverter is then installed in the home. This is done under safety measures to avoid mishap. A consumer unit is connected and generator meter too to the fuse box. The power supply is then switched off for half an hour.
8. System commissioning
This is the final step which the most exciting. They will turn on the inverter and then send the voltage reading to the head office where they will check the expected performance and make a confirmation of the system regarding its performance standard. Then the final step is to apply for the MCS certificate.
